VOICES FOR CANCER CONCERT 2019 RAISES €7,022.00 FOR THE WEST CLARE CANCER CENTRE!!!!!

Huge thanks and congratulations to the event organisers on the success of their ‘Voices for Cancer’ concert in Knockerra Church on Thursday 21st November last. It promised to be a special night and it absolutely delivered on that promise. Visiting choirs from 12 parishes did themselves proud and laid on a feast for all the senses, raising the incredible sum of €7,022.00 for the West Clare Cancer Centre here in Kilkee. Now in it’s fourth year, this musical extravaganza has gone from strength to strength, showcasing the wealth of talent available in West Clare, and also that fantastic community spirit like no other. We are, as ever, humbled by the scale of the generosity, kindness and goodwill of everyone involved!
